Overview
TEKCEM 025 INDUSTRIAL PLUS is an advanced, versatile floor screed designed for application over sound substrates, such as concrete and high-strength sand/cement screeds. It can be applied in thicknesses ranging from 2mm to 25mm in one pour, making it ideal for creating smooth, durable surfaces in heavy-duty commercial or light-medium duty industrial environments like warehouses and workshops.
This product sets quickly, allowing light foot traffic in just 3 hours, light forklift traffic after 24 hours, and full traffic after 7 days. TEKCEM 025 INDUSTRIAL PLUS can be used as a finished wearing surface or can be overlaid with industrial coatings.

Application
Mixing by Hand
- Slowly mix 25kg of TEKCEM 025 INDUSTRIAL PLUS powder with 5.6 - 6.0 litres of water.
- Add powder gradually to avoid clumping, mix until uniform consistency.
- For a more fluid mix, add up to 6 litres of water maximum per 25kg unit.
- Allow mixture to stand for 2 minutes before remixing and applying.
- Use within 30 minutes of initial mixing.
Mixing by Pump
- Follow the pump manufacturer’s recommendations for mixing.
- Adjust water addition rate to achieve a smooth, cohesive mix.
- Regularly perform flow checks during pumping.
Application Procedure
- Pour or pump to the desired thickness, up to 25mm.
- Trowel finish and allow to cure for 1-2 hours.
- Surface should be “walkable” after approximately 3 hours at 20°C.
- Ensure substrate is clean, dry, and properly primed.

Storage & Shelf Life
Store in cool, dry conditions. Shelf life: 6 months in unopened bags
