- The perfect screed additive for underfloor heating applications.
- Allows the production of heavy-duty screeds with a compressive strength up to 60 N/mm2.
- Facilitates a reduction in the screed thickness to a minimum of 35 mm on insulation or polythene sheet.
- Offers favourable processing and smoothing properties thanks to plasticising components.
- Rigorously tested to BS / BSEN standards.
- For producing highly stressed, sand/cement wearing screeds in accordance with BS 8204.
- For producing wearing screeds with hard granular surfacing.
- For producing screeds on underfloor heating.
- Standard delivery - 2 - 5 working days.
- Parcel deliveries will take between 1 - 3 days.
- We process orders the same day.
- Delivery charges will automatically be calculated within the checkout process.
- Orders are only processed for delivery between 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
- Moffett offload will be used for large bulky deliveries and only when agreed with you.
- Please advise of any access issues on ordering.
- Delivery is Kerbside only.
- In the unlikely event that your delivery is not correct or damaged please notify us immediately and mark any issues on the delivery slip.
- We have a fleet of FORS delivery vehicles all with Moffett mechanical off loads that deliver nationwide. Sometimes we may use 3rd party carriers for smaller orders.
- The vast majority of our orders are dispatched within 2 - 5 working days, this can however be up to 4 working days, please contact us if you require something urgent.
- Speciality items may take up to 7 - 10 working days.
- We will contact you with in 24/48hrs of your order been placed to confirm delivery times and dates.

TEKCEM DURASCREED is a technologically advanced screed hardening additive, producing a Cat A, C40, F7 Screed, compared with a Cat B, C25, F5 standard sand and cement screed. Therefore, thinner screed thicknesses can be achieved without compromising compressive or flexural strength.
