Overview

TEKCEM 220 Leveller Plus is a high-performance, fast-setting floor leveller ideal for use over sound substrates such as concrete and sand/cement screeds. It is designed to be applied in thicknesses ranging from 2mm to 20mm in a single application, ensuring a smooth and even surface suitable for a variety of floor finishes.

• Fast Setting: Can receive a tiled floor finish in as little as 3 hours and most other types of finishes within 24 hours at 20°C and 3mm thickness.
• High Strength: Achieves compressive strength of over 12MPa in 1 day, 25MPa in 7 days, and 28MPa in 28 days.
• Flexural Strength: Reaches over 4MPa in 1 day, 6MPa in 7 days, and 7MPa in 28 days.
• Application Thickness: Suitable for use in thicknesses from 2mm to 20mm.
• Coverage: Approximately 1.7kg/m² per mm of thickness.
• Durable and Shrinkage Compensated: Provides a long-lasting, smooth surface without shrinkage issues.
• Pumpable and Easy to Apply: Suitable for both hand and pump application.

Application

Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free from contaminants. Prime the surface appropriately to ensure optimal adhesion. Mix TEKCEM 220 Leveller Plus powder with clean water, ensuring a smooth and consistent mix. Apply using a trowel or pump to the desired thickness and finish with a spiked roller to remove trapped air.

Storage and Shelf Life

Store in a cool, dry place. The shelf life of TEKCEM 220 Leveller Plus is 9 months from the date of manufacture when stored in unopened bags under optimal conditions.
