- Standard delivery - 2 - 5 working days.
- Parcel deliveries will take between 1 - 3 days.
- We process orders the same day.
- Delivery charges will automatically be calculated within the checkout process.
- Orders are only processed for delivery between 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
- Moffett offload will be used for large bulky deliveries and only when agreed with you.

- Delivery is Kerbside only.

Where We Deliver
- We have a fleet of FORS delivery vehicles all with Moffett mechanical off loads that deliver nationwide. Sometimes we may use 3rd party carriers for smaller orders.
Product Delivery Times
- The vast majority of our orders are dispatched within 2 - 5 working days, this can however be up to 4 working days, please contact us if you require something urgent.
- Speciality items may take up to 7 - 10 working days.
- We will contact you with in 24/48hrs of your order been placed to confirm delivery times and dates.

Usage Instructions
Mixing
By Hand: Mix 25kg of TEKCEM 550 FIBRE PLUS with 5.8L of water until uniform consistency is achieved. Do not exceed water addition as it affects strength and drying time.
By Pump: Follow pump manufacturer’s recommendations. Adjust water addition to achieve a smooth, cohesive mix.
Application
- Preparation: Ensure substrates are clean, dry, and strong enough to support the leveller, adhesive, and final covering.
- Priming: Prime substrates with TEKPRIME for better adhesion.
- Pouring/Pumping: Apply the mix to the desired thickness and finish with a trowel. For thicknesses greater than 50mm, allow each layer to dry before adding the next.
- Drying Time: Walkable after 3 hours at 20°C. Ready for tiled finishes after 3 hours and most other finishes after 24 hours.
Storage and Safety
- Storage: Store in cool, dry conditions. Shelf life is six months in unopened bags.
- Safety: Not classified under Chemicals Hazard Information and Packaging for Supply Regulations. Obtain a Material Safety Data Sheet from TEKCEM LTD for detailed safety information.
Limitations
- Temperature and Humidity: Apply when floor temperature is between 5-30°C and relative humidity is below 75%.
- Substrate Conditions: Ensure new concrete and sand/cement screeds are dry and primed. Not suitable for areas subject to permanent water immersion.
